Kleinschmidt Reorganizes Leadership
Kleinschmidt Associates recently announced that it is reorganizing the leadership structure of its energy, water, and environmental business to enhance the client experience and be more effective in new markets. The reorganization is taking effect in August.
Kleinschmidt President/CEO Charles “Chuck” Padera commented, “The company’s new organizational structure strengthens our company’s ability to respond quickly and effectively to client needs, enhances efficiency of our resources, and provides optimal project management with a higher level of quality in the delivery of services to energy, water, and environmental business sectors.” Mr. Padera added that the organizational structure for finance, human resources, and information technology remains intact.
Mr. Padera announced the following new leadership roles: Scott Ault will become the Chief Technical and Operations Officer; Russ Sanford will become the Chief Marketing Officer; Tim Oakes will become the Power and Energy Business Sector Leader; Glen DeWillie will become the Water and Environment Business Sector Leader; Kevin Cooley will become the Director of Engineering; Kelly Larimer will become the Director of Science, Regulatory, and Modeling-GIST; and Jason Aberdeen will become the Director of Project and Program Management.
“Kleinschmidt’s business sector leaders will focus on positioning and winning profitable work and expanding science, permitting, licensing, engineering, and project management services for clients,” Mr. Padera added.
