Federal, State, and local governments and tribal nations all share a common focus – creating and maintaining a complex portfolio of assets and infrastructure to support and sustain local citizens and enhance their quality of life while addressing economic and environmental challenges. Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) face similar challenges as they work to promote social and environmental values and achieve civic goals. They are often constrained by aging infrastructure assets and declining funding, with increasing environmental implications that threaten our natural resources. Government agencies, tribal nations, and NGOs, need to be able to “do more with less.”
