We also award annual bonuses for employees who make significant contributions to our success.

Matching contributions are 100% vested immediately, and annual contributions are subject to a standard vesting schedule. Employees direct their deferrals and employer contributions among a full suite of investment options.

Tuition Assistance up to $5,250 per year for which you are immediately eligible upon course approval.

Effective January 1, 2021, we are designating all 10 of our paid holidays as ‘floating’ holidays (80 hours). What does this mean? The firm will no longer designate what holidays are observed as ‘paid holidays’ which means that full-time benefit eligible employees may observe any holiday they want whenever they want. The pandemic has certainly shown us that flexibility is key to keeping our workforce productive and happy, and flexibility is one of the cultural attributes of Kleinschmidt that every employee appreciates and values.
