Adam is an engineering technical director, managing a division comprised of structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers and drafting staff. Adam also has roles as a project manager and senior engineer. He has more than 15 years of experience specializing in the design and management of projects including new hydroelectric structures, the rehabilitation of existing hydroelectric sites, the analysis and design of water retaining structures, and the inspection and study of hydroelectric projects.
Adam’s recent assignments with Kleinschmidt include Bascule Gate Replacement; Pumped Storage Development Phase I Design; Existing Spillway Modifications; New Spillway Design; Rubber Dam Replacement; Spillway Crest Repairs; Intake Deck and Trash Raker Replacement.
Adam has his M.S. in Civil Engineering and B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Maine at Orono and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in Maine and Vermont. He also serves on the University of Maine Department of Civil Engineering Advisory Board.
