Carissa has 13 years of experience in environmental consulting, specifically in impact assessment, permitting, and ecological services. She has completed many field projects including wetland delineations, vegetation surveys, and various fish and wildlife surveys. In the permitting field, she has worked on Clean Water Act 404 / Joint Permit Applications, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission licensing and relicensing projects, and National Environmental Policy Act projects.
Carissa has a B.S. in Natural Resource Sciences, with a focus in Wildlife Ecology, from Washington State University.
