Clair Yoder, P.E.
Senior Engineering Consultant
Clair has over 19 years of experience in the fields of hydropower licensing, water right adjudication, and instream flow studies for projects in the Pacific Northwest and Alaska. Specific expertise includes hydrology, water resources planning, PHABSIM modeling, and water quality. Her responsibilities range from project scoping, study planning, data collection, data analysis, and reporting. She has managed the installation and maintenance of streamflow gages for projects in Oregon, Idaho, and Alaska and is versed in methods to estimate hydrologic statistics and historical records for both gaged and ungaged watersheds. She is a registered professional engineer in Washington.
Clair has a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley and a B.A. from the University of California at Santa Cruz. She also obtained her Master of Science in Civil Engineering (M.S.C.E.) from the University of Washington.
