Jennifer is a human resource professional and a professional engineer, applying both knowledge bases to talent management at Kleinschmidt. Jennifer brings project and people management skills to grow Kleinschmidt through employee development, training, feedback, and coaching. As a member of the Corporate Services HR Team, Jennifer’s responsibility includes ensuring that employees at Kleinschmidt understand career paths and working with managers to developing programs to help employees achieve their careers.
Jennifer brings executive coaching training from Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute, an SPHR credential from HRCI, Professional Engineer certification from Washington and Oregon, a master’s in environmental management from Duke, and degrees in environmental engineering and political science from North Carolina State University. She is an active member of the Women in Environment Portland chapter.
