Professional Staff

Joetta has over 35 years of experience in the geospatial sciences encompassing photogrammetry, surveying, cartography, computer science, and geographic information systems (GIS) for water resource management and the hydroelectric and wind power industries. She has served as project manager and technical lead of projects requiring coordinated data management, spatial data development and exploration, cloud-based interactive mapping, mobile data collection app development, and formal metadata specifications. Joetta is an FAA Certified sUAS Remote Pilot and active member of the American Society of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing.

Joetta obtained an M.B.A. in Technology Management and B.A. in Geography-GIS from the University of Washington. She also has an A.A.S. in Photogrammetry from Ferris State University.
