Justin has over three years of IT experience and mainly assists users with their IT issues, works on new laptops, creates documentation to record solutions and recurring issues, and creates guides to empower both the IT department and users. Justin also recognizes the importance of making the Help Desk experience as pleasant of an experience as possible, a key part of creating a good overall workplace experience for everyone. Justin also works on streamlining IT work by using Microsoft Azure to automate software installs and updates, as well as laptop deployments.
Justin has a Bachelor of Science in IT with a focus in Computer Information Systems.
