Keenan Goslin, P.E.

Structural Engineering Consultant

Keenan Goslin serves as the Senior Engineering Consultant at Kleinschmidt and has been with the company for over 10 years. Prior to coming to Kleinschmidt Keenan worked for 7 years at the University of Maine’s Advanced Structures and Composites Center where he worked as a project engineer and project manager for innovative bridge and military projects using hybrid composites and expanding the use of composite materials in infrastructure applications.

At Kleinschmidt, Keenan specializes in designing dam and hydroelectric project structures including powerhouses, penstocks, intakes and gates. He completes field assessments of existing structures and develops and leads the development of project drawings and specifications. Keenan provides expert support to clients in valuation services including cost opinions for real estate tax, due diligence and insurance purposes.

Keenan has a M.S. and B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Maine as well as and MBA from the University of Maine. He is proficient in Microsoft Project, RISA-3D, MathCad, AutoCad, and SAP2000. Keenan is a SPRAT Level I Technician and Kleinschmidt Rope Access Team Leader and an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and U.S. Society on Dams (USSD).
