Kristal is a certified human resource professional with more than 17 years of experience in HR and leadership. She is skilled in policy writing, training and development, recruiting, employee relations, statutory compliance, compensation and benefits, and more. As a member of the Corporate Services HR Team, Kristal’s responsibility entails overseeing recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, and other administration. She works closely with the HR Director and other company leaders to maintain the best possible talent acquisition methods and create the best employment experience for team members possible.
Kristal recently earned her Master of Science in HR (MSHR) from Western Carolina University in 2021. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Mount Olive. She is an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). In addition to holding her certification through the organization, she also serves as a Board Member of TSHRM (Triangle Society of Human Resources Management), a local SHRM chapter.
