Matt is a Staff Scientist working on fisheries and aquatic projects out of the Pittsfield, Maine, office. Matt joined Kleinschmidt after completing his B.S. in Wildlife Ecology at the University of Maine, followed by his M.S. in Biology at the University of Southern Maine. Matt’s background includes work with diadromous fisheries in Maine, ranging from stable isotope analysis to acoustic and radio telemetry, aquatic community assessments, literature reviews, and programming. Matt’s interests include streamlining and standardizing data processing and analysis techniques through programming.
