Matthew Davis, P.E.

“As a specialist in electrical engineering related to hydroelectric power plant rehabilitation and asset life extension, my goal is to provide straightforward, highest value for the lowest cost, Electrical Engineering solutions to best fulfill our Client’s needs – whether it is a Hydroelectric Generator rewind or a Fish Passage/Hatcheries supply water instrumentation upgrade.”


Matthew has 20 years of experience in electrical systems analysis/evaluation and electrical design of hydro facilities, electrical-mechanical systems troubleshooting and preventative maintenance task evaluation/development, and project management.  He is a NCEES Model Law, registered professional electrical engineer in 33 states, and has an additional 17 years of combined experience as an electronics technician, an industrial facility electrical engineer, and as a manager of an architectural MEP design team.

Matthew is a career long member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and a contributor for the Energy Development and Power Generation Committee (EDPG) of the Power & Energy Society (PES).  He is also a lifetime member of Tau Beta Pi, the Engineering Honor Society (Washington Beta Chapter). Matthew graduated from Washington State University in 1995 with a BSEE in Power Engineering and a minor in Mathematics.
