Meghan is an Engineer on the Systems Engineering team focusing on mechanical projects. Meghan has 4 years of varied experience in construction and engineering including Project Management and Design Engineering in solar construction and hydropower operations. Some of Meghan’s project experience includes different varieties of headgates, horizontal belt driven turbines, moveable fish sluiceways, powertrain bearings, and cooling water systems.

Meghan graduated from Penn State University with a B.S. in Energy Engineering with a minor in Environmental Engineering. Meghan is a member of NHA with a focus in the Future Leaders of Waterpower (FLOW) group and participates in the CEATI Women in Power group.
