Reagan provides civil/structural engineering support to a variety of hydroelectric projects. She is SPRAT Level I certified to assist in field inspections requiring rope access. She completed both her undergraduate and graduate studies in Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Maine, earning her B.S with a mathematics minor in 2017 and her M.S. in 2018.
