Renea supports the Kleinschmidt team in many ways. From purchasing field equipment to assisting in record retention to ensuring each of our 12 offices is functioning at standards our employees and visiting clients have grown accustomed to. She works closely with the CFO and accounting due to her purchasing capacity and is the office leader for the Pittsfield office while supporting other office leaders as needed. She is a member of the safety, wellness, and sustainability committees while supporting horizontally across the company. Due to her tenure with Kleinschmidt, she has seen many changes and continues her passion for providing a safe, healthy, and enjoyable place to come to work.

Renea received her B.S. in Business Administration from Thomas College in 2019.
