William “Bill” Remington, P.E.

Senior Engineering Advisor

Bill is a Senior Engineering Advisor and has been with Kleinschmidt for over 5 years. He specializes in civil, structural, hydraulic, and environmental engineering, as well as construction contract administration and project management. He has substantial experience with site improvements, stormwater, water and wastewater treatment, municipal utilities and roads, industrial facilities, airports, railroads, transportation, hydroelectric, planning, site remediation, and site development, and water resources projects. His most recent projects include Replacement of Spillway Gates and Hoists; Evaluation, Design and Construction Support for Secondary Containment System for Three Hydro Substation; Canal Bridges Evaluation Report; Flood Risk Management Feasibility Study; Sedimentation and Flooding Plan. Bill also plays a huge role in the safety team at Kleinschmidt.

Bill holds an M.B.A. from Thomas College Graduate School, an M.S. in Hydraulics and Water Resources from Clarkson University, a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University, and an A.A.S. in Civil Engineering Technology from New York State University at Delhi. He is a Professional Engineer in Delaware, Maryland, Maine, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia, and South Carolina.
